Men’s Fragrance Wishlist for Autumn

Following on from my Autumn Fashion wish list last week , I thought i’d accompany this with a wish list of men’s fragrances, new and old, I personally think would be great for the Autumn Winter months. Summer was all about the citrusy scents but Autumn also brings out the more grounded choices too. Below is my top picks for this year…

L´Occitane eau de cologne choices for Autumn and Winter are brilliant, and if you get the chance to visit one of the shops you’re hit with a wide range of fragrances for both men and women. My personal favourite is the Verbena fragrance, which is also a bestseller on their site, at £42 for a 100ml bottle. Expect notes of Mediterranean verbena mixed with geranium and lemon to create a delicate fragrance, good for daily use.

Dolce & Gabbana

The One‘ for Men is possibly my favourite fragrance, ever since I first tried it last Autumn (i’ll be getting a top up this year). It’s an elegant one that’s great for evenings and is classed as ‘oriental spicy’. I love the design of the bottle too, everything about it is classy and signifies luxury. Usually around £70 for a 100ml bottle, which is a bit more but it keeps when used for special occasions.

This is one I spotted in Esquire’s top fragrances for winter and I was instantly attracted to the bottle of Cartier’s ‘L’Envol de Cartier‘. It comes in a double layered bottle, which the centre can be taken out and carried separately for trips to the gym or travelling light. £97 for a 100ml bottle so it really is a luxury item, but with wood and vaporised musk tones it fits in nicely with the Autumn Winter months and would go well with any of my Autumn fashion wish list products. Their first fragrance in 8 years.
